1-2-1 Yoga & Pilates

1-2-1 Yoga, Yogalates and Pilates sessions for those who wish to have a private one-on-one either to build confidence before attending classes, as a preference or as your health professional has suggested. 

Self-care yoga therapy for common health conditions such as lower back pain, tension in the shoulders, sciatica, and anxiety/depression. You benefit from a free 30-minute discovery appointment to establish whether yoga therapy is suitable for your needs.  As part of our yoga therapy offering, we identify and tailor a package suitable for physical, mental, and emotional healing.


Bookings: Bookings can be a one-off purchase or a block of 5. Appointments are to be made in advance, and two per week is a recommendation. This is to maximise the benefit of your sessions. Please note: appointments should be made within 30 days.
